Refunds
In the event that we are unable to fulfil your online order, we will refund you the full amount of the order via credit card/debit or cheque. As soon as your online order has been processed, your credit card details are deleted from our records. When a refund for the online order amount is required on your credit card, you must again provide us with your credit card details so that we can process the refund.
